Adobe Campaign Introduces New Email Capabilities Powered by Creativity and Data
Imagine sitting through a play expecting a Broadway-quality performance. It turns out the play is a monologue, you don’t find it funny and simply can’t relate, so you leave halfway through. Situations like this aren’t unique to entertainment. The same stands true when it comes to consumers’ relationships with brands, and email marketing in particular. - Creative Designer for Email. Simplify email creation and design: The process to build emails can be challenging and time-consuming without coding expertise, or costly if relying on an agency. To address this, we’re introducing a new email message designer, so marketers can visually create emails from scratch or leverage customizable templates and content fragments. Every element of a template is customizable, such as a header or hero image. Users can simply drag and drop these fragments into the email editor in Adobe Campaign. And with our content library capabilities, email marketers can easily pull in assets to Adobe Campaign, whether they’re in Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Creative Cloud tools. The result is less time to value in getting beautiful, personalized and relevant emails to consumers. Our new email message designer is now available.
- Behance Collection of Email Templates. Easily and quickly leverage pre-built Behance email templates: With the goal of helping marketers easily and quickly pull standout content into emails, we’re offering a sneak preview of a collaboration with Behance, the leading online platform to showcase and discover creative work, with Adobe Campaign. Email designers can use pre-built templates designed by Behance community members with Adobe Campaign to create and send well-designed, engaging emails.
- New and Improved Email Scale & Deliverability Capabilities. Send personalized emails at scale: Understanding that brands are under pressure to send more emails, while maintaining relevancy and personalization, we’re enhancing our email throughput and deliverability. We’re helping brands send more emails at a faster speed with more controls and insights into how and when they land in consumers inboxes thanks to new adaptive delivery techniques that alter email sending settings in real-time based on feedback from Internet Service Providers.
