Adobe and Marketo Named Leaders in 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs

According to the report, “Gartner defines the multichannel marketing hub (MMH) as a technology that orchestrates a company’s communications with and offers to customer segments across multiple channels. These include websites, mobile, social, direct mail, call centers, paid media and email.” For the 2019 report, Gartner assessed the current offering, strategy, and market presence of 21 of the most significant solutions in today’s market.
