To assess the state of the CCCM market, Forrester evaluated 12 vendors against 33 criteria, grouped by categories for “current offering, “strategy” and “market presence”. Customer references in Forrester’s research identified the “ability to manage interactions across multiple channels” and the “ease of integration with other data sources and systems” as their #1 and #2 reasons for choosing their respective CCCM vendors.
