Rosemary leads a team of amazing individuals who are dedicated to creating an experience that delights Adobe employees. She has been with Adobe for twenty years, holding a number of different roles within the Finance and Human Resources organizations. Currently, her time and energy is focused on developing compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and engage talent while also ensuring that as Adobe continues to grow, the Rewards are able to scale and innovate alongside the business. Contributing to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that people want and are proud to be a part of is what excites her the most. Prior to Adobe, Rosemary was with Oracle Corporation for three years, responsible for the design and administration of their sales compensation plans. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as well as professional designations through WorldatWork in both Compensations and Global Remuneration.
