Advocating for Inclusion in the
COVID-19 is one of the largest challenges that we have collectively faced as a global society. It has brought out the good in many people, in acts of kindness and bravery. The collective spirit of supporting one another through this pandemic is inspiring.
While so many people have risen to the challenge, there has been some disturbing manifestations of fear, bias and intolerance.
Building on our previous commitments, Adobe is proud to be part of a consortium led by Ascend and including ALPFA, Catalyst, The Conference Board, Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), National Congress of American Indians, National Organization on Disability (NOD), Out & Equal, Tanenbaum and 90+ supporting companies to address the adverse impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak on marginalized groups, by promoting inclusion and denouncing bias. This cross-industry movement is a powerful testament to how nonprofits and companies can come together to drive change.
At Adobe, we believe that when people feel appreciated and included, they can be more creative, innovative, and successful. Intolerance has no place in our world now, during a pandemic – and it should never have a place in our future.
