And for the first time ever, a healthcare industry leader will appear on the main stage. In effect, we’re presenting a Healthcare Summit within Summit 2020 from March 29-April 2.

In a first, a speaker from a health and life sciences company will appear on the main stage. Albert Bourla, Pfizer CEO, will sit down with Shantanu Narayen, Adobe CEO, to discuss how one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies targets direct and personalized engagement with their customers.
Other sessions present industry luminaries from AbbVie, Humana, eHealth, Bayer Healthcare, and Change Healthcare. Explore exceptional experiences at the super session
The highlight of the Healthcare Summit within Summit will be the healthcare super session on Wednesday, April 1, from 2-3:30 p.m. Creating Exceptional Experiences in Healthcare will feature updated data, trends, and insights from the recent Econsultancy and Adobe follow-up to “The Consumerization of Healthcare.” The super session will include real-life consumerization stories from Bill Krause and Spencer Cross of Change Healthcare and the revolutionary insights and vision of Geeta Wilson of Consumer Society. The super sessions have historically been the most well-attended breakout sessions at Summit, thanks to the industry focus and expanded 90-minute format.
Network and learn with industry colleagues
The Adobe Health and Life Sciences team will also host two industry roundtable discussions. The roundtables for Life Sciences and Payers and Providers give you the chance to talk with your peers about the unique challenges of personalization at scale. Other activities targeted for you include the industry-wide reception immediately before the bash on Wednesday evening, account-specific events, and an invitation-only golf outing to TPC Las Vegas.
